My moon

I.

I miss my moon
The pull
The waves and crashes
Tidal pools to floods
And finally
Release and reaching
A quiet peace
Peace past perfect

II.

I miss you moon
beaming
time spent
lying in the throw
in the thrall
the cusp and cradle
of just being
at rest
I miss you moon
and lie wondering
do you know

I see the moon the moon sees me
I see the moon the moon the moon the moon

my moon
